Description: What are you teaching and how are you teaching it?

Within my unit plan we teach the basics of photography, which includes photography techniques, camera functions, and photo tools. We also teach them about different artists and how they use words and photography to connect to themselves.

Rationale: We wanted our students to learn how to operate a camera, and use techniques to capture images of letters to spell a word that is meaningful to them.
